To all clients, friends and everyone that's supported me.
As you're all aware I am due to close the salon and move to my new premises on Clare Rd.
Work is going great and the salon is taking shape beautifully - a lot of hours have been put into it whilst still operating the old salon.
As you all know I was due to open the salon on the 25th of March, and was super excited to show it off to you all on our open day.

Unfortunately with a heavy heart, I have to close the salon with immediate affect.
This decision I have not taken lightly, but your health, my health and families health must come first- and I must follow government guidelines.
I will be contacting all clients with appointments booked.
I cannot wait until all this over so I can treat you all again and make you look fabulous!
Please all stay safe in these unknown unrepresented circumstances.

It is with great sadness that we will be vacating

It is with great sadness that we will be vacating the premises of Focus House on 25th March.

Some of you are aware that we have had numerous problems with building and now we have been told its "not fit for purpose". My intention was to stay here long term as it was a ten year lease, however, this is totally out of my hands.

I have instructed solicitors who are speaking with the owners/letting agents.

They have let me down and my staff. I am disappointed and greatly upset as we have made the salon a home from home for many.

Unfortunately, due to funding and the urgent time scale of this information I will be locating to smaller premises on Clare Road HX1 2HX from 25th March. More information to follow.. This unfortunately means that I can not take Heidi and Codie with me - this breaks my heart! They are two of the most lovely, passionate, professional people I know and it has been a pleasure to train and work with you both.

Codie will be finishing at the salon on Saturday 29th February and Heidi on Saturday 14th March.

Any appointments with Codie after the 29th February have been moved over to myself or Heidi. After the 14th March the appointments have been moved over to myself. If you have an appointment and would like to discuss, please call me on 01422 363651 in salon opening times or DM on here.

If you have any appointments with myself (Alice) then nothing has changed and you will receive your professional and friendly treatments, just in another location, to be confirmed.

All vouchers will still be redeemable at Elixir Beauty. Phone number, website and online booking system is as the same as before.

This is one end of the chapter. A new page is will open up, and I will continue to give you my very best.
